Personalised Pilates - with all my care and attention

Whether you are a local resident or a visitor to Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays, we can arrange a great Pilates workout from the comfort of your own home, garden or balcony.

You choose the time and length of session.

You choose what type of session you would like to book (see below for full description)

When you book, I will send out a New Client Questionnaire that allows me to personalise your session according to your medical history, level of fitness, lifestyle, goals etc.

I provide all equipment (inc. Pilates mat and music) for all 5 clients, all you need is comfortable clothing and water.

I will arrive 10 minutes before to set up and allow for 10 minutes after the session to pack up.

  • The session will start with Breathwork to get O2 flowing into your muscles and removing any waste CO2 build up

  • We then move into gentle Mobility exercises to wake up your shoulder, hip, thoracic spine and ankle joints, releasing any tension and reducing risk of injury.

  • All limbered up we will move into our matwork pilates session, sculpting your core and booty muscles as well as the muscles surrounding your shoulder blades and upper arms

  • Workout complete, we will do some deep stretching to bring your heart rate down and allow for maximum recovery of the muscles used

  • Your body will be feeling great by now and so we move into a guided Yoga Nidra style meditation to finish off our session. This relaxation on the mat allows your body to absorb all the goodness of your workout while your mind goes inward and generates feel good vibes.

1 Hour Full Body Experience - $100 

1 Hour 30 Mins Full Body Experience - $130


  • Choose whether you would prefer a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or Classic Pilates style of session.

  • The session will start with a 5 minute mobility warm up and finish with a 5 minute deep stretch.

  • Both styles aim to sculpt your core and booty muscles as well as the muscles surrounding your shoulder blades and upper arms.

  • HIIT style – Combination of low impact slow burn Pilates exercises and higher intensity cardio infused Pilates exercises. Aimed at raising and lowering your heart rate to help burn more calories. More suited to shorter sessions.

  • Classic Pilates – We will progress through a sequence of movements, focusing on your stability, control and the correct activation of muscles. All exercises will have different level of progression so we can keep you challenged but not overwhelmed.
