PILATES PERSONAL TRAINING
Minimum 6 week commitment so you can benefit from mental and physical progress
Maybe you want to do Pilates sessions from the comfort of your own home but want to be reaching your full potential each time you get on the mat. Having a mobile Instructor physically there watching and guiding you through each exercise allows you the opportunity to discuss how you are feeling through the movements and check that the correct muscles are being activated.
Everyone’s body is different which is why it is important to consider your unique posture, strengths & weaknesses and movement habits. To generate lean sculpted muscles, precision and control are your ultimate weapons and my goal is to speed up the process of developing your mind-muscle connection that will facilitate this.

SO WHAT WILL YOU GET OUT OF PILATES PERSONAL TRAINING?
Personal Training Pilates involves more commitment from my clients as I ask for a minimum of 2 sessions per week for a minimum of 8 weeks.
These sessions can be performed at your home, or via Zoom if we can’t meet in person for any reason.

8 weeks Personal Pilates Training - $1280 - $80 per session
A MINIMUM OF 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK FOR A MINIMUM OF 8 WEEKS
ABLE TO PLAN THESE SESSIONS FOR TIMES THAT FIT IN WITH YOUR OWN AGENDA
EACH SESSION WILL COMBINE BREATHWORK, MOBILITY, MATWORK AND MEDITATION LEAVING YOUR MIND, BODY AND SOUL STRONGER AND MORE FUNCTIONAL.
WEEK TO WEEK YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE, FEEL AND ENJOY THE CHANGES THAT YOU ARE MAKING BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY.
WORKING WITH ME! CERTIFIED ADVANCED MATWORK PILATES INSTRUCTOR WITH QUALIFICATIONS IN FUNCTIONAL MOBILITY, BREATHWORK AND YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION. QUALIFICATIONS ASIDES, I WILL ALWAYS STRIVE TO MAKE OUR SESSIONS AS RELAXED YET CHALLENGING AND CREATIVE AS I CAN.
INTRODUCTION OF FUN PIECES OF EQUIPMENT SUCH AS SMALL BALL, EXERCISE BALL, MAGIC CIRCLE AND BANDS TO KEEP YOUR WORKOUTS FRESH AND INTERESTING.
RECOMMENDED EXERCISES FOR 5-10 MINUTE MORNING MOBILITY ROUTINES THAT YOU CAN COMPLETE IN YOUR OWN TIME
EACH SESSION WILL BE DESIGNED BASED ON HOW YOU ARE DEVELOPING AND THE EXERCISES I CAN SEE YOU GET THE MOST OUT OF
